In Simanovci, near the highway Belgrade-Zagreb, Gemax built an outstanding business, distribution and production center for the coffee production company.

On the surface of 6.600 m², near the highway E75, business, distribution and production center for coffee processing was built consisting of grund floor +2. Building supporting construction was made from the combination of prefabricated concrete elements and monolithic concrete construction. Next to the object, on the surface area of 5.100 m² complete infrastructure was build (water supply, rain and sewerage system, public lighting, etc.) along with parking lots, roads, power transformer block and the green areas arrangement.
