Prefabrication

Manufacturing plant for production of AB precast elements for industrial halls, warehouses, agricultural objects and sport structures is located on Danube River in Batajnicki drum bb, Zemun. The plant was built in 2006, with capacity that can satisfy the most demanding projects. Production is organized partly in the hall on 3.240 m2 surface area, and partly on the open runway on 6.500 m2 surface area.

PrefabricationThe most modern equipment for production of precast elements was installed in the industrial hall:

  • Steel moulds for production of AB prefabricated pillars, cross-section 40x40, 50x50 and 60x60 cm
  • Steel runway for beam pre-stressing total length 107m, with installed external vibrator as well as possibility of concrete heat treatment,  produced by Italian equipment manufacturer - "CMF"
  • Four tracks for producing pre-stressed hollow core slabs, total length 144 m each, width 120 cm each, with installed elements for concrete heat treatment, produced by Belgium equipment manufacturer "Echo"
  • Working on the line machine for hollow core slabs, produced by Belgium equipment manufacturer "Echo"
  • Concrete supply produced by German company manufacturer "Kubat" 
  • Handling elements by using two cranes, capacity 30 t each.

PrefabricationOn the open, runway steel moulds for production of prefabricated elements are installed:

  • Steel moulds for AB prefabricated cups (total 9 cups, for various cross-section of pillars)
  • 30x30 m steel platforms, for production of various slabs elements or non-standard cross-section elements
  • Steel moulds for pillars of cross-section 75x75 and 60x60 cm
  • Steel moulds for production of prefabricated elements „T≤ 120", length up to 16
  • Part of formwork combined of waterproofing plywood and " Noe" formwork, for the production of ground beams, girders and non-standard cross-section elements
  • Handling elements by using two cranes: portal crane, load bearing capacity 25 t and tower crane, load bearing capacity 8 t 

Prefabricated construction has more advantages over conventional ways of building, thus it is more present on our sites than before. Fast construction, installation "in dry" allows construction even in winter conditions, production in factories that does not depend on weather conditions, and high level of finishing. These are just some of elements which indicate that this method of construction is financially justified also: focused on mass production, of the same or similar elements, in very short deadlines. 

Optimum daily production of hollow core slabs is about 330 m². Along with the work in 3 shifts, we are able to produce 495 - 660 m² /per day. 

The production capacity, for other elements also needed for construction, is conditioned by the project and works dynamic. Capacity allows daily pouring up to 100 m3 of concrete.
